Question: Change business address in California?

Does anyone know how to change the address for my S corporation?
If it Secretary of State what kind of form? If it’s FTB, what kind of form do I need also IRS?

Answer: ~~You will definitely need to file the address with the Secretary of State, and the Franchise Tax Board, as well as I.R.S. and EDD (if you have employees).

You can go on each entity’s website and put “address change” in the search box, which will pull up the form you need to file.

You can access Secretary of state through www.sos.ca.gov
I.R.S. is www.irs.gov
FTB is www.boe.ca.gov
EDD is www.edd.ca.gov

And of course don’t forget your city’s business license division.~~
