IRS Investigator Jobs

Question: Private Investigator – child support – divorce – spousal support….?

I’m in PA and my husband is in SC.
He is working for his dad and earning cash.
His income is not being reported to IRS.
We are getting divorce and he said he don’t have job
and not earning any money so he can get away without
paying spousal and child support.
I know he is working. I have address and phone
number where he works. I want to prove in court that
he is working, so I get support that we deserve.
i don’t have job and i’m taking care of my daughter who is 16 months old.

i’m not much cared about spousal support, but i must get child support for my daughter.

anyone know good private investigator in SC? if i hire private Investigator, can i use his reports to prove in court? Do courts accepts those results?

how do i find good Investigator? is there any site where i can find good and trusted Investigator?

Any suggestions on what I should do? any help is greatly appreciated.

God bless you

thanks

Answer: First off, you will child support regardless, they will award it even if he claims to be unemployed. I would let the court know he is working for his father, they can go to jail for hiding his income. Don’t waste money on a PI, they can’t prove anything the court would use anyway.

Eliot Spitzer’s flameout

It was one of America’s most shocking political sex scandals, instantly transforming New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer — who had terrified Wall Street during his political climb — into the infamous “Client 9.”
