Judge gives UBS client probation for tax evasion
NEWARK, New Jersey (Reuters) – A New Jersey man was sentenced on Wednesday to five years probation for tax fraud after failing to report $6.1 million (3.8 million pounds) he held in a UBS AG bank account.
