Answer: If your co. is Pvt. or Ltd. co. and Parnership Firm than you have to deduct TDS whether Tax Audit is applicable or not.

If your co. is Propreitorship Firm than no need to TDS in this year but if Tax Audit in this year than TDS provisons will applicable fron Ist day of next Financial Year.

Question: Need help filling a 1040x form!!!?

My wife filled our taxes through turbo tax about a month ago. A few weeks ago she realized she did not claim any of our tuition we paid for college. I realize I have to fill out a 1040x form and that the original info goes in column A and the new in column C with the difference in B. I went to www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040x.pdf which is instructions on how to fill it out, but I am confussed about where to get the information from. Please HELP!!!

Answer: The simplest way is to completely redo your tax information the correct way, fill in the column C from the new information, and go from there. I don’t know, does Turbo Tax do amended returns?
