Question: IRS employment test?
I am trying to get a job as a customer service representative at the Internal Revnue Serivce. I got a call to come in and take a TAP test..it is some type of Telephone skills assment I think…have any of you ever taken a test like this and if so what can I expect…I want to be completely prepared because I a have been out of the work force and I feel I need some type of edge over the others!
I have already passed the “common sense” test, the next test involves doing the type of activities that the job would entail such as looking up info and answering the phone….has anyone ever taken a test like that at the IRS?
Answer: Im in the gaming industry and had to take a similar test, its all common sense questions you just cant study for it!
