Www IRS Gov Forms 1099
Question: Where do I find the EXACT 1099 1st Qtr. estimated taxes forms online for small new start business Jan. 07?
I need to pay my 1st quarter estimated taxes. I just started a small business 1/1/7 with me as the only employee. I went to www.irs.gov and can’t seem to find what I need to download to get this started. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Answer: You’re looking for the wrong form. Go back to the IRS website. Click on Forms and Publications. Click on Forms. Scroll down to the 2007 version of Form 1040ES. Download it. That’s the form you need, not a Form 1099.

Tax Attorney New Mexico

Question: If you know that you are denied a job because a illegal mexican has it:?
Do not put up with this, shut that company down, get out and turn them in to the community. Let these Politicians know you are the ones paying taxes and not sending it to mexico. These mexicans do not respect the U.S., they do not care for their freedom, if they did they would be protesting in mexico city. They come here when the work is done and are pushing you aside with the help from low-life U.S. attorneys who are in this just for your money. To them you are just chalk being erased from the slate!
Answer: Thanks for being open and up-front with your biased and hateful slight of “mexican” immigrants, while there is no mention of Czech, Russian, or Canadian illegal immigrants. At least, you don’t foolishly claim that your animous is anything but out and out RACISM.
.
You can’t claim a job as “yours” REGARDLESS OF WHO IS WORKING IT PRESENTLY. A private company /industry has a right to hire the people that serves it’s purposes to the fullest. Companies should be NOT put into the law enforcement position of verifying legal documents and “interrogating” those who might cause a suspision. And it’s just plain stupid to try and shut down a company that may be benefitting your neighbors financially, your town culturally, and your state fiscally . Ignore all of that and have your hissy-fit because a brown guy got a low wage job and you didn’t? The days of your birthright to such privilege is quietly, but quickly disappearing. You may be correct that an illegal shouldn’t have the job, but fail miserably in claiming that YOU and you alone is the worthy benefactor.

IRS 970 Form
Question: Can’t take an education credit AND a tuition deduction?
I’ve read IRS Pub. 970 cover to cover. It seems to be saying I can’t take both an education credit (either Hope or Lifetime Learning) AND a tuition deduction on Form 1040 line 35.
We are fairly low income and had an enormous college tuition bill this year for our first-born. I thought we would take an education credit (Hope or Lifetime Learning) on the specified portion of our expense, and then deduct for another $4000 of it on Form 1040 line 35. That still leaves plenty of tuition for which we get no tax break at all. It’s not like I’m trying to get both tax breaks on the same tuition dollars.
Am I understanding this correctly? Has Uncle Sam checked out the price tag of higher education lately?
Answer: Your understanding is correct. Quote from Pub 970:
“You cannot claim the tuition and fees deduction if…you or anyone else claims a Hope or Lifetime Learning Credit in 2006 with respect to expenses of the student for whom the qualified expenses were paid.”
The Hope Credit, Lifetime Learning Credit, and Tuition and Fees Deduction are mutually exclusive with respect to an individual student for a specific year.
