Question: I live in Utah but work for a company in DC. What tax forms, or tax information do I need to give my employer?
I’ve provided personal identification and proof of citizenship. Now they ask for a “state W2″. Is there such a thing? I know the IRS has one you can print off their site.
Answer: Ask them to clarify what they are looking for. Utah withholding uses the numbers off of the FEDERAL W-4.

Tax forms available at Beebe library
It’s hard to believe it’s that time of year already, but tax season is upon us once again, and Beebe Library has what you need to make the process easier. For both state and federal tax returns, the library will be carrying the most common forms and instruction booklets up to and beyond the April 15th deadline. They can be found near the Reference Desk on the main floor of the library building.
