Question: In what cases are people released/free to go, after they were told to depart the U.S.?

My brother has court next month, he got a letter from Homeland Security saying that he had court, and then that he will have to be departed, the reason for this was because he got married with an U.S. citizen, but then got divorced days before the interview. He filed a form before September 11, 2001 happened with my dad (my dad is a permanent resident), he came here illegally though. So, my question is, are there any chances that they’ll sent him free? He has no criminal record, he is paying for child support (a kid he had with his first wife), he hasn’t had problems with the IRS, or Immigration. So, can anybody help?! Any recommendations?

Answer: He is here illegally. That is all that is needed to deport him.

I know about these people who are paying under the table for about 15 years and are not paying taxes at all. Big businesses;…. I want to call the IRS and tell the IRS about them but i don’t know what number to call…
