Question: SUPPOSE TO GET MY REFUND CHECK ON THE 13TH IRS WEBSITE SAYS SOMETHING ELSE WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

I DID MY TAXES THROUGH TURBOTAX IT SAID I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY REDUNF (DIRECT DEPOSIT) ON FEB. 13 AND DIDNT GET IT I CHECKED THE IRS WHERES MY REFUND WEBSITE AND IT SAYS THIS We have received your tax return and it is being processed. Your expected refund date has been changed due to processing delays. You should receive your refund by March 3, 2009. Please wait until that date to contact us again because we cannot take any action until then. Thank you for your patience. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN I WILL GET IT ON MARCH 3RD OR SOMETIME BEFORE OR WHAT?
I WRITE IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE THATS WHAT I USE FOR MY WORKS ACCT. PROGRAM ITS JUST TYPING DONT TAKE OFFENSE TO IT. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF THAT MEANS SOMETIME BETWEEN NOW AND THE 3RD I SHOULD GET IT OR THE 3RD BECAUSE I KNOW THEY SEND OUT PAYMENTS ON FRIDAYS AND THE 3RD IS A TUESDAY I BELIEVE

Answer: I hate it when people don’t read all of the questions they answer! The girl gave a reason for why she was writing in all caps…and if you have the time to take offense because someone writes in all caps you must have it pretty good, huh? …why sweat the small stuff?

By the way, I had the exact same message. My refund was also supposed to come on the 13th and now the date is pushed back to March 3rd. I hear it is because of the stimulus. After so many people complained about not getting what they considered to be “their fair share”, the IRS now is recalculating for people who did not get a standard amount, (even if you could care less and would rather just have their refund on time!!). My stimulus check was for 513 dollars. I’m assuming that is my hold up, and maybe yours too.
