Victims may soon get checks
A majority of victims in the $66 million Al Parish investment fraud could find checks in their mailboxes soon. U.S. District Court Judge David Norton on Friday approved a method of distributing the estimated $9 million that’s been recovered to return to victims of the disgraced former Charleston Southern University economist.
