Question: how do I find out if the government has offset my tax return?
My fiancee thinks that his tax return will be offset by the IRS. they’ve done it in the past, but from some school he went to way back in 1988 for only three weeks. How do we know if they will take it again this year? Is there a website to got to or a phone number to call to check the social security number.
