I printed the 1040EZ from irs.gov but I don’t know where to get the State one at. I need one for 2006. Thank you.

How far in the back can IRS go if they find discrepancies in the individual tax returns? Just curious? I heard that they cannot go beyond 3 years. Is that true? Pls advice.

Answer: For tax fraud, there is no limit. Otherwise it’s 3 tax years.
