Question: Address change with IRS – where do I mail it?
I moved and want to change my address with the IRS. The instructions on form 8822 say to mail it to “Atlanta, GA 39901-0023.” What’s the street address? Or do I just put “Atlanta, GA 39901-0023″?

Answer: According to my Post Office, there is no address. It is a special zip code reserved for all tax documents sent.
