What is America’s True Form of Government?
Us IRS Address

Question: Can someone tell me why our governments are unable to crack down on following fraudulent activities?
John Doe opens up a business for the price of $80=registration. It is Called Doe Inc. He
works for Mr. Smith who deposits a check in the amount of 3000 ever month to the Doe Inc. The IRS or Revenue Canada finds out about Doe Inc and sends a letter to Doe Inc address requesting money. John Doe closes the business, changes address and goes back to the registration office were he opens up a new business in the name of Doe J Ltd. This sort of activity is wide spread in the southern states of the US ( Mexican cleaners ) and in many parts of Canada. Why hasn’t the government cracked down on these illegal practices? Why pay all the tax revenue when the system is so corrupt and unable to track you down? Someone please explain this to me???Answer: The government shouldn’t set taxes so high that people choose to evade them. 20% of Americans don’t pay their taxes (tax rate of about 37ish%). 40% of Europeans don’t pay taxes (tax rate of 50-60ish%). If they cut the taxes, I’m certain they’d have fewer people in the Tax Honesty movement (the people who come up with arguments about why the Income Tax is illegal, hoping that somebody will believe them), which would be in the best interests of the government if it doesn’t want to go the way of the dodo. However, that’d be the end of the Welfare/Warfare State because they can’t support Wars in Iraq or Socialized Medicine with a lower tax rate.

Why Choose Audit Or Tax

Question: Career: Audit vs. Tax?
Can someone in auditing tell me why they choose auditing as their career and not tax? Or someone in Tax tell me the other way around?
Answer: I’m currently a staff auditor for a public accounting firm. I chose audit because I believe that you learn more from audit than tax. With tax you are in the same office each and every day and you do relatively the same thing day after day.
I enjoy auditing because I have variety in my career. I am not in the office all that often, maybe 1 week per month. Sometimes more, sometimes less – depends on the client and the firm you work for. I enjoy traveling to different areas and I get that opportunity. I also like audit over tax because if you want to leave public accounting after a few years (with is pretty common in the profession) you have more career options than that from being a tax accountant.

Question: Judgment In Texas- received letter in mail.?
I recently fell behind on my Samuel’s card for a engagement ring and only had $200 to pay before i lost my job and after late fees the amount is now $600 and I recently received a letter from an Attorney stating if i don’t pay the amount off in full in 30 days they will file a Judgment against me.
Now ive heard different things about “Judgments in Texas online so far”.
1. they cant do anything after the judgment
2. they can Garnish from your bank account.
3. they cant garnish from your pay check- only the IRS/child support can.
But the main thing is, I want to pay what i owe but i Def. dont have the $600 this very moment since i just started working again, do i Call the Attorney office and work something out or ask to speak to Samuel’s Credit dept.
This letter was with the regular mail today.Answer: [chuckle] What would be the point of filing a court action and requesting a receiving a court order (judgment) that you owe that amount if they couldn’t do anything after getting the judgment?
After getting a judgment against you, a plaintiff normally sends a demand for payment. If you ignore the demand, the plaintiff can go back to the courthouse and can request a writ of garnishment against you. It depends on what the plaintiff wants to attach. The plaintiff can generally go after your bank account, your pay check, your income tax return, or can place a lien against property you own.
When I’ve filed writ of garnishments, I generally go after bank accounts. But I’ve had clients who have had garnishments attach their wages and had one client who had a lien placed on her house.
If you work out a payment plan and stick with it, it is very unlikely that they will take the time (and the money) to request a judgment. And this will save you quite a lot of money, because if you make them go to court they will ask that you be ordered to pay all of their costs involved in suing you. I would call the attorney’s office first and I would offer to pay them, say, $400 to resolve this debt. If you are able to make a payment right then and there and can give them a payment schedule that you can and will stick to, chances are pretty good you can make this go away.
