IRS Extension To File Form

IRS Extension To File Form

Question: Can all us Non-Christians ask for an extension on Judgment day like the IRS during tax season?

I’m a Deist/Pantheist, my older Brother is an Atheist. Is there a form we can fill out? Kind of like the people that wait until the last minute to file their taxes?

Answer: Yes Sir, you would fill out form 5782-009. Since you are a Deist, you would also have to fill out form 456-112-R. You stated your brother is an Atheist, because of this he would have to fill out form 5782-009-Z. All of these forms need to be filled out in triplicate, and submitted to the Office of the Gatekeeper, Pearly Gates Heaven care of St. Peter no later than 180 days before Judgment day. In the event your appeal for an extension is denied you may file a formal complaint, filling out forms 6654-007A and 4421-666F along with a written request for a trail which will be given at the Directors discretion. Thank you and good luck.

Question: When does IRS investigate on individual tax?

If one has file 1040 income return tax form in the past 8 or 9 years, but the income is only around like 16k for the pass 3 to 5 years, and last year 26k. Now, this person wants to buy a condo and he’s going to get money as gift from friends and relatives on foreign country that adds up to approximately 150k, would he be in trouble? Is there anything wrong with it?

Answer: If the foreign gifts are more than $100,000, you must file IRS form 3520.

If you have a foreign bank account with more than $10,000, you must file form TDF 90-22.1

As for trouble, you just produce the same gift letters you gave the bank.
